Early institutional round. Post Revenue. Modest burn rates.

Geography

Primarily New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Eastern Pennsylvania, and, to lesser extent, the Northeast and Mid Atlantic as a whole.

Size

Milestone invests approximately $2 million over the life of each investment.

We also prefer opportunities that are capital efficient, i.e. businesses that require less than $5 million to achieve material profitability and high returns for investors. 

Value Added Involvement:

The Principals work hard to enhance the outcomes of their investments by assisting their portfolio companies with:

  • Strategic and Financial Planning
  • Building the Board and Executive Management Team
  • Introducing Sales, Marketing and Business Development Ideas and Opportunities
  • Raising Follow-on Equity Rounds and Bank Financing
