Milestone invested $500,000 in a Series B growth financing that totaled $4,350.000. Other Series B investors included Liberty Venture Partners, which led the round, and Next Level Venture Partners, along with prior investors Meridian Venture Partners and Gamma Investors.

ExpertPlan, based in East Windsor, NJ, provides record keeping services for retirement plans sold and administered by fund companies, third-party administrators (TPAs), broker/dealers and banks and insurance companies. ExpertPlan retirement plan services include online set-up and enrollment as well as total record keeping and transaction management services. Its Web-based model empowers plan participants to manage their own accounts while reducing costs and administration for employers and financial professionals.
